After you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. 

We aim to have orders packed and dispatched to you within 48 hours, although this is usually done in 24 hours.   

Orders are sent by Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery or Courier depending on the size of the order and/or the delivery option selected.

All shipping costs stated are for shipments to UK mainland only and exclude the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.  Should you require delivery to these areas, this may incur an additional charge.  We will endeavour to ensure these additional costs are kept to a minimum, and will contact prior to processing your order with shipping details for your information.  

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery is charged based on the weight on your items.

Weight <1kg  - £2.95

1kg - 1.8kg    - £4.95

1.8kg - 30kg  - £5.95

>30kg            - £12.95

We aim to deliver your goods in 4 days via Standard Delivery.  Any items sent directly from the manufacturer will be subject to the separately quoted delivery timescales as per the product description.

Free Standard Delivery for Orders Over £49

All orders that are over £49 will qualify for free standard delivery.  This offer only applies to standard delivery to a UK mainland address (see exclusions above).  This discount will automatically be applied at the checkout.
