Can I make an order over the phone?

Unfortunately we are not currently able to accept orders over the phone. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Our main payment mechanism is Sage Pay.  Sage Pay is a secure payment mechanism which allows you to make quick easy payments with your debit or credit card online. 

We also accept payments through Paypal.  You can still make payments through Paypal even if you do not hold a Paypal account.  To do this select pay by credit card by following the relevant link on the Paypal home page once you have progressed through our checkout.

Can I collect my order?

We are currently operating as a mail order only business and therefore aren't able to provide a location from which you can collect your goods.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Where we have not already shipped your items, you can cancel or change your order by sending us a message.  If you have an account you can do this easily by logging into your account and clicking on the 'view messages' option to send us a message.

If you don't have an account with us, then please send an email to orders@pet365.co.uk including details of your order number and date.

If you have already received your order, or the goods have already been shipped, then you will need to follow the RETURNS PROCEDURE.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is charged based on the weight of your order and the speed of delivery required.  For full details click here.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we're currently not able to offer delivery outside of the UK.

How quickly will I receive my order?

The majority of our items are held in stock and we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of them being placed.  Your order should then reach you within 4 to 5 working days.  However we cannot always guarantee that all items will be in stock, and those that are sent by manufacturers directly may have separately quoted delivery timescales.  We will notify you of any out of stock items, informing you where possible of revised delivery dates.  

What will happen if I’m not in when my order is delivered?

If you are not in when your order is delivered you will be left a card informing you on the failed attempt.  Further attempts will be made to deliver, or you will be able to specify a suitable time for delivery.
